Yennira Marrero – Bulkeley Softball All-Star

Congratulations to Yennira Marrero! On June 13 Marrero started at second base for the Connecticut Softball Senior All-Star team. She is only the third player in BHS history to earn a spot on this team and start the game. We’re so proud of you, and grateful to Coach Powers for building such an incredible program.

Well done, Yennira!

Volleyball Senior Night

Wednesday, May 26 was Senior Night for our Boys’ Volleyball Team. Recognized were seniors, Andre Duncan, Terryn Mahon and Honore Munyaneza. Our captain and CIAC Scholar-Athlete, Honore Munyaneza, led a small but mighty team through a challenging season of larger teams, being quarantined for two weeks and a difficult schedule.  The team progressed during the season with their skill level, and we have 4 returning sophomores and 1 junior that we can build upon for next year.  We wish the seniors the best of luck in all of their future endeavors and congratulate them on a great season and showing great sportsmanship and Bulldog pride.
